All the Stories: Recap [Week 25]
Here's your (supposed-to-be-regular) update on all the different bits of content that have dropped over the last week!
Happy Saturday, friends!
So much for being consistent about these digest posts. My goodness. Can I keep using the excuse that this year has been brutal?
For those of you who are receiving this for the first time, this email is simply a collection of all the posts I’ve made this week, both here on Substack as well as other places around the internet. This email is free and open to anyone who is interested in checking it out. Not all of the links are public, though.
Enjoy and happy reading!

Always Peachy Daily Devotions
We are in a series on WHOLENESS in Always Peachy Daily Devotionals currently, and this past week we focused on answering the question: How does Wholeness change the way we live?
You have always been enough for God
So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most. (Hebrews 4:16)
Writing Craft and Industry
The Write Conversation: “How Do I Deliver My Self-Published Book to a Reader?”
Once you get your novel ready to publish, how do you get it into the hands of your readers? How do you get your book onto bookstore shelves? Do you pay someone to do it for you? Do you do it yourself? Self-publishing presents a tremendous opportunity for authors, but it requires you to make major decisions at every milestone of the publishing journey. Not the least of which is your Distribution Plan.
Blue Ridge Conference Blog: “Three Strategies for Introverts at a Writers Conference”
In an ideal world, we could say that publishing isn’t about who you know, but we don’t live in an ideal world. Publishing IS about who you know and who knows you. So what does that mean for those of us who are low-energy introverts? How can we actively pursue an author career when being around hordes of (very friendly and well-meaning) people utterly exhausts us?
Fiction / Short Fiction
Fiction honestly hasn’t been happening in the last little while. I trust that it will, though. So keep praying for me, and I hope that soon I’ll have some more fiction progress to report!
