Self control! I struggle with eating the wrong things and eating too much of the worst foods for me! I'm sure almost everyone has their areas of weakness and temptation in their lives. Maybe there are some Scriptures on self control that could help many of us. I know i need help in this area.
How about a discussion on the fact that God never changes yet we see in scripture that He changes His mind many times. I am listening to the Bible, and I am in Exodus where God gets angry with the winey Israelites A LOT and says He will just destroy them yet Moses talks God out of His wrath several times. So, an all-knowing God who is always the same yet does change His mind. I find that concept fascinating and very glad He does change His mind.
