You go alone (but not)

Nobody wants to be alone.

Going anywhere alone is lame (unless you’re monstrously introverted like me, but that’s another story). Going to the movies by yourself. Going to events by yourself. Going shopping by yourself. All of those things are so much more fun if you have someone with you.

But what about following God? What about changing careers? What about changing churches? What about walking away from a damaging relationship?

The scariest journeys aren’t always because the path itself is dangerous. Sometimes it’s simply because you have to walk by yourself.
