Why won't God give me peace?

Being the Lord of Peace is in God's job description! It's what He calls Himself. So what is stopping Him from giving us peace when we need it?

Now may the Lord of peace himself give you his peace at all times and in every situation. The Lord be with you all. (2 Thessalonians 3:16)
