Salvation stays the same because God doesn't change

If God's requirements for salvation change, that means He changed. And if He changed? Well, if God has changed who He is, He isn't God.

But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness. (1 John 1:9)
