Do you ever wake up in a horrible mood? We tend to say we get up on the wrong side of the bed, or we’re just in a funk. What do you do to get out of it?
Human emotions are volatile things, I’m learning. We turn on a dime, and we can’t always predict how we’re going to feel from one day to the next. Sometimes even one moment to the next.
So that makes it even more vital that we have something constant to use as an anchor in our wild, crazy, emotional lives.
