Watching Peter Falk shuffle his way around crime scenes in his worn-out trenchcoat was delightful. He was so unassuming and mild mannered, most of the criminals he encountered had no idea they were dealing with a genius.

And every time the bad guy had thought they’d pulled the wool over his eyes, he’d come back with the iconic statement: “Just one more thing, sir.”

Columbo’s “one more thing” was usually the beginning of the end for the bad guys.

When it comes to knowing what biblical rules we’re supposed to obey, we talked about the most important one yesterday: Love God. But Jesus said that there’s “one more thing” to consider.
