Diets have never been effective weight loss tools for me. I truly lack the discipline you need to make a diet work. At least, I did, until recently.

It’s not that the meals are less restrictive (they’re more restrictive, honestly). It’s not that it’s less expensive (nothing is cheap anymore). What had to change in my approach to eating had little to do with what I was eating and everything to do with why I was eating it.

For me, my eating plan had to become a habit. How I ate had to become part of my lifestyle, not just a means to an end.

But wait. Isn’t this post supposed to be about worship? What does dieting have to do with worship?
