All this month, we’ve been talking about Hope here on Always Peachy. Hope is a tricky thing sometimes. We expect it to be fluffy and abstract, a concept that makes us happy. And, sure, it can be that way. But Hope isn’t as abstract as most people think. Hope is a choice that we have to make every day when we crawl out of bed. It’s not easy.
But now we have discussed what hope is and where it comes from and why we can have it. The next step is more practical. It’s the HOW.
How can we live with Hope?

This week’s memory verse comes to us out of the book of Joshua, one of my favorite verses in the Old Testament:
Deep in your hearts you know that every promise of the Lord your God has come true. Not a single one has failed!
Joshua 23:14
May this week’s devotions encourage you and be a blessing in your life. Please know that I pray over each one and for each person who reads them, whether I know you personally or not. As we draw closer and closer to Christmas, I pray that God will be more real to you today than He was yesterday.
Merry Christmas, my friends.
