Bring simple faith

Don't let anyone tell you it's complicated. Because it's not.

A sweet friend in my Bible study group asked to take my photograph the other day as part of some top secret creative project she was doing. I agreed. Why not?

My friend got ready to take the photo and then asked me to react to an imaginary thing (animal, mineral, vegetable?) with shock and delight.

So I had to pretend that I saw something and respond to it.

Now, I write scripts, but I’m not a good actor. My face has great expressions, but it never does what I want it to do. And having to facially react to something I couldn’t see? Well, I shudder to think what photo my poor friend is stuck with.

It’s so much easier to respond to someone when you know they’re actually in front of you, isn’t it?
